Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unworn and unused

Be returned in their original packaging

Be in the same condition as received
Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of return authorisation.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly supplied.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Items damaged through misuse, improper care, or accidental damage

Gift cards or promotional items

Items returned without original packaging (subject to partial refund or rejection)
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders

Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault, damage, or an error on our part.
Product Care
Our necklaces are crafted from stainless steel and are designed for everyday wear.
They are water-resistant, sweat-resistant, and tarnish-resistant. However, exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, cleaning products, seawater, chlorinated water, or excessive abrasion may affect the finish over time.
Normal cosmetic wear resulting from regular use is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Fate Collective is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
